This article is to help you better understand what each status means.
Online: Your server should be fully operational and working as expected.
Offline: Your server has been shut down or crashed multiple times (if your server crashes 3 times within 1 minute, your server will be shut down until restarted).
Installing: Your server is either being created or installing an update. NOTE: If your server is stuck on “Installing” for a while, please submit a ticket in the Customer Portal.
Failed: Your server failed to install, update, or download the required packages. Please submit a ticket in the Customer Portal if you run into this.
Connection Error: Usually this is caused by the node being unreachable, please check our status page or Discord to verify if there is an outage. Please submit a ticket if you have any further questions.
Suspended: Your server is inaccessible/not usable. You cannot access the server’s files. There are multiple reasons your slot could have gotten suspended, check all the reasons here.
Starting: Your server is in the process of starting. Discord bots are usually stuck on starting because they need to print something to the console. See this article.
